[Discussion] February drops - info needed for the wiki

I'm just finishing updating the wiki for anything that might have been missed in February; any help would be appreciated.

• Happy Valentines Day Balhae - need the hue # and count
• A Hope Chest - can anyone confirm the count? 111 is what was originally reported, but that sounds wrong.
• Oceania - no drops in Feb? (I believe they're still without an EM)
• Happy Valentines Day Formosa - need the hue #
• Love Is Eternal - need hue #
• Orphaned Bear Cub Rescued From The Woods Of Sacrifice - need the count
