FCR requirement on mysticism

I've noticed i sometimes get the message

"you have not yet recovered from casting a spell" after casting a mysticism spell

I have fc 2/6

Try it for yourself: spam a magic arrow macro
then spam a netherbolt macro

for the magic arrow you'll only ever get the message "you are already casting a spell", on the netherbolt macro you'll get both of the above messages.

Anyone know what is going on?

Ok, i still get the message even with fcr 9, also.....
Before i made a macro on assist to spam netherbolt/magic arrow,

One interesting thing,,,you could make a macro for magic arrow target last then netherbolt with no delay, however it would not work if you put netherbolt, target last then magic arrow without delays.

yes mystic is completely underpowered because of fcr.

FC/FCR cap should be 4/9 for mystic so its balanced.

if this isn't changed i r going to kwit!

also when will spell plague damage get a boost it needs? Nothing much just 10-15% more damage and it is balance.

Also, when my friends cast cleansing winds on me i still have missing hit points, this is much trouble. Please to make cleansing winds fully heal my health bar so that they dont have to cast it twice.

yeah i noticed that when i 1st came back and also tested it with various fc/fcr

if i had to GUESS i would say FCR is not capped at 6 with myst if you could get higher than 2 FC

but since fc is capped at two for myst, you cant

but yeah myst spells in general are weird, anyone ever notice you cant disrupt your own myst spells?

explosion, or magic arrow yourself and then cast a long myst spell, it wont get disrupted

kind of annoying if youre caught in a wind or sleep before a long cast like plague or hail

cant box to disrupt it : (

Why yes, I do indeed know the answer. A few years ago when magery casting was changed a half a tick was added to each spell. When mysticism came out this tick was not added into the gameplay...so sometimes if you try to cast magic arrow after casting NB...you will get this message.
