FC/FCR at 80 Magery

A while back I read a post about FC/FCR being 4/6 for magery IF you kept it locked at 80/79.9. Is this true. Ive recently made a template that might be so cramped that 80 magery might be the answer. If I can go 4/6 I could easily give up protection! Anyone have the facts on this as I cannot find it anywhere and Im not keen enough to notice on TC.

Thx

I believe you have to keep it locked at 79.9 to have chiv cast at 4/6.

I believe they removed that a while back with one of their "fixes".

Something about chiv healing and greater heal being too powerful at 4/6.

If you're at 79.9 magery I think you can still have 4/6. But if you equip a spellbook or jewel with +magery I think it goes down to 2/6. Dunno though, could always give it a try on test =)

It's 70 magery.

If magery is 69.9 or lower you can cast chiv 4/6.
