Fastest way to gain Wrestling?

What is the fastest/best way to gain Wrestling skill?
Template is currently set up as a Mage. Can use different template on same account and stone the skill if I have to but would prefer not to.

Use jewels to get to the 70-80 range. Get a golem.

Tell the golem to stay.

Stand directly on top of the golem.

Attack the golem.

With a fishing pole equipped you swing at 1.25 seconds regardless of your dexterity or stamina.
