Currently, the limit of Faster Cast Recovery(FCR) is 6.
1 FCR makes a caster cast a spell 0.25 second faster.
But 6 FCR has a bug.
If you have 6 FCR, you MUST cast a spell again with no wait.
But, now, if you cast a spell again within 0.25 second with 6 FCR, you can't have any target cursor.
Devs, is this bug famous?
If so, why haven't you fixed?
If not, will you smother this bug like fastest swing speed bug, which is that for a long time UOSS players and devs had believed that fastest swing speed had been 1.00 second, but it was wrong, it was 1.25 second, but devs didn't fix it, instead devs left fastest swing speed 1.25 second?
Devs, won't you fix a bug again? Like fastest swing speed bug? Because you don't have technical capabilities that can fix it? Will you defiantly declare again?
This "6 FCR" bug has been left unsolved for a long time. Long long time.
Fix it.
