Farmer's daughter looking for a guild

Hail,

I'm going to create an RP character with my 7th char slot on my 2nd account as I want to try my hand at the RP scene. She will most likely be a fencer, bit handy with a pitchfork due to her farmer background - I'll think up her background story while I'm guild hunting

Anyone want to point me in the direction of a guild where I can start from scratch and grow and develop the character as I'm RP'ing?

Any websites with various guild rulesets and RP advice would also be appreciated!

My personal recommendation would be Duchy of Trinsic.

As for RP advice...
Basically, figure out who your character is.
History - can be in-depth, but certainly doesn't have to be.
Motivations - Likes/Dislikes... Hopes... Fears...
Personality - Is she shy? Outgoing? Happy? Gloomy? Prejudiced?
Once you've figured that out (again, none of it has to be too detailed), you're basically playing that character.

Oh, and the most important advice I can give you:

I´m sad to say that things have gone very quiet with the Serfs. I started as a Serf over a year ago, then switched to the Duchy of Trinsic, since i hadn´t seen other Serfs for months. And it´s perfectly possible to play a Serf in DoT
