False Account Age?

I have a few characters with false account age. I can normally use Ethy mounts, vet dye tubs, yet on a few they are only 22 months old. That is years below what my account age is. So I am stuck not being able to use my hard earn vet rewards on them. I thought this new system would fix this?

The new system is not completed yet.

I have one account that is 14 years old - yet on my siege character, the profile says "Unable to determine this account age". On Atlantic, most characters say that they are 8 years old.

Same thing happening with me. My account is 78 months but one of the characters that I logged in says it's only 11 months old.

I only found out because I tried to use one of my vet rewards.

I'm afraid to log in on some of my characters because if they show up as being less than a year old I may lose 20 points of some skill. They're maxed out at 720.

Luckily the characters I came in on that showed 11 months weren't maxed skills.

This whole account migration thing is kinda scary.

Well, I was really hoping that at server up today this issue would somehow be fixed. No such luck.

Are Dev's saying anything at all about this issue and when it may be fixed? It's a pain in the but not to be able to use items that I own because of this snafu.
