Its funny i cant recall the last time a publish has stayed on test this long and its for just eye candy !!!
The patch has more than just eyecandy. It includes the new virtue stuff, the guild voting system, bug fixes, and Halloween stuff
Also, UO doesn't have a producer right now and they're in the middle of managing the various systems associated with the account migration. We probably won't see the patch till late September or early October.
