Faction Update 7/21/08
Every morning I check the sigils. Which ones can be stolen and which ones can’t. It’s the life of most faction thieves… It gets real tedious until a faction starts guarding, then the fun begins.
Today I find the sigils at COM base. I toy with the guards a bit by moving around bag balls, popping in and out of hiding, and picking up the empty bottles that they were using for targets when they fielded. But when you toy with a cat, expect to get swatted. A few more COM meanies roll in with the intent to para gank this irritating thief. Almost red lined I run, stepping right onto an explosion trap. *BOOM* Dead. YES! No points for them (not that I had any, but shhh on that) and more importantly – no stat loss! Thank you Minax for placing those traps! (eeep!! Did I just thank Minax for something??)
But I hate dying. I must have retribution! I checked up on the COM base often hoping to catch a guard napping. No such luck today. They are staying put, and as the day wears on, their numbers are slowly increasing. One of the newcomers, the tamer, got me on tracking.
I was soooo dead. I finally gave up on the idea of retribution since all I was getting was stat loss and dry looted. Instead, I took a screen shot.
I don’t know why Mr RP was saying I was a screenshot, so I asked him. He told me that he already told me once before and if he told me again I’d tell Grizzle and if Grizzle knew so would everyone else. *scratches head* Ooookkaaay. I had heard rumors that guarding sigils messed with your head, or perhaps it’s the sigils messing with a person’s head.
