Faction changes

I understand the upcoming faction changes could be months away at least but is there anyway to put a hard cap on rank 10 right now? Maybe 1k-5k?

As it stands on my shard it takes at least 50k points to become rank 10. This is impossible for newer players, solo players and generally not so good players.

A hard cap right now would allow some people to come back and actually play without worry their armor will fall off and allow newer players the opportunity to wear the rank 10 items in no time...meaning more people trying factions.

Its a test server setup, so set hiding 100, set stealth 80, set tactics 120 set archery 120, set ninja 100.

Do a few res kills (get a few points under your belt) and then re-set your template to the one you want. Wala, you got the points you need to start you off.

Is the Faction Test server still up? I looked on TC1 and the old faction bases are still there....
