I am experiencing a lot of lag in game but I would not say its coming from the quest !

getting more than normal lag, could be coming from quest with people chain loggin in and out for quest,i suppose.

Gets bad at times. Not died so much in a long time. Like the good old days of dial up when just logging on was an event.
