Evil Orc Helm

I was cleaning out my bank box and found an item called an Evil Orc Helm. Should I throw it out or is it worth something. If it is, what is it worth?

I think I got the item when the orc fort near Cove was invaded by the savages with the different color masks.

it have like negative 10 str or sumthin? golden hue?...if so you can still get em

I think that it gives +10 strength and -10 intelligence but it looks like a normal orc helm. I'll have to look when I get home from work. I always keep the junk and don't take the valuable stuff.
