Came from the garg event recently, its:

Bluish Scepter and reads "A Scepter Engraved With The Words - Am Beh Harm Cor Lum Ben-Tas"

From what I understand between 6-10 spawned and most have been bought up by the baja rare community Looking to swing 75 mil for the item but open to negotiation and trades. PM me if interested and I'm sure we can work something out
