Event quests heavy on Login servers?

Heya,

I'v had some login problems lately, and again now. That's why I'm writing here and not getting the quest done with next character...

This quest is pretty heavy on login servers I quess since people are logging in and out to get it done with all chars on account/accounts. I quess there's the reason why I'm having login problems ehh?
