4/28/2018 – As promised Keith had sent word to Skara Brae as soon as he had seen Rufus’ sails on the horizon. The rangers visited Shamino and learned that they needed to report to Keith at the Brothers in Arms hall as quickly as possible so that they could move on Rufus and not miss an opportunity to meet with him. When confronted about the fight-fixing and his deal-making with pirates, Rufus simply waved his hand dismissively and told the rangers to go complain to the Governor of Jhelom because, Rufus said, Jhelom was his town and he could do whatever he want.
