Europa is down

Europa is down. Without no reason.
Can someone why??
In the main page of osi there is a maintenance but not for europa....
I am very tired of these constant down
I pay for 1 month (ONE MONTH) but i can't play most of the time.
This last sxpansion has created a lot of problems
