Vendors ERROR (TID): Token out of...

I have received this error " ERROR (TID): Token Out of Range : 2 : 1154761" whenever i purchase a Town banner from Yew. It appears to be more than just Yew; I also had another player buy one from brit the day and it gave him an error. This has been happening for 3 weeks, I buy them to hand out as prizes at player events. So have been buying one a week since the election.

I still receive the banner and the gold is withdrawn. So it appears like everything else is working with it.

The shard i'm receiving this on is siege btw.
