EP..is it capped at 50 for PVP even with GM Alchy?

Every 3.3 points in Alchemy give you 1% Enhance potions... Aka 100 Alchemy gives you +30% Enhance potions which DOES stack with the Base Item property Cap of 50% Enhance potions.. So 100 Alchemy + 50% EP on template = 80% Enhance potions.
