entitlement days

my entitlement days on my avitars have not gone up in over a week they seem to be frozen but my avitar age is still going up
i am still a paying member premium account
how come my entitlement days are not increasing?

I read that we need to be reporting this. Mine have not gone up either and I reported it. ([email protected]) I think they are behind 8 days today. I haven't checked yet.
