Enhancing Question (BloodWood)

When enhancing with Bloodwood does the hit point regen from the enhancement count as one of the 5 properties you are able to imbue and if so what weight does it carry? Do you need to leave a certain weight in order to enhance an item?

Thanks. I wanted to be 100% :) TOday was first time makign a woodland suit. Turned out pretty spiffy.
