Endless Journey and old accounts help

Hi all!

I have a very old account that is in closed status. I know the name/password for the account and I have it linked to my master account. How do I get it to work with Endless Journey? When I try signing in with it it gives me a message about needing to subscribe, but I want to use it with Endless Journey first so I can see what's on the account. Any ideas?

If it was previously banned, it will not automatically switch to EJ and may be considered ineligible for EJ. If they agree to unban it, you can then only subscribe. Email account support.
