sold 1 for 10mil a year ago before i left the game. could be more now as you cant get them anymore. back in the day if you left a book on the ground the spells would decay and then you would have a empty book. EA has fixed it so no more empty chiv books.

I see them fairly often on vendors on LS for 200 to 250k.
