The boards were merged. Each shard is having its EM board merged into the main forum for the shard. It makes sense because previously for a siege event we would need to link to a thread on a different forum, and since the EM forums were not very active, if no linked it this way a lot of people would miss the event altogether.
Of course, several of the EMs have moved away from using statics anyway.

It will be okay once all the crap moves to the bottom so only what up top is something important.
