EM drop in September?

Just to make sure nothing gets missed for the wiki, anyone able to help say if Sonoma had any EM drops in September, and if so, what the name of the item was?

We did not have an EM event, only a guard meeting
no drops at all for September

Ok I got it from the Man himself this morning the Drop last night is for Sept. Reason it is late was due to weather/being sick etc..
