Unfortunately, it turns out that the runebook functionality does not work on the books given, the Tomes of Necromantic Ensorcelment.
Due to this, we are going to exchange these books for working, functional models that will allow you to utilize them as intended. To get one of these Enhanced Tomes of Necromantic Ensorcelment, you will need to turn in the original Tome to the lovely Lady Mesanna, whom will be around in the evenings to exchange these for you, at the Britain EM Hall.
