Can someone please tell me this; I LET MY SUB. EXPIRE BACK IN MAR, OF COURSE THE HOUSE FELL. WHEN I RESUBSCRIBED BACK IN JUNE; IT SAID ENDLESS JOURNEY, NOW I CAN'T ACCESS MY BANK AS IT SAYS OVER THE LIMIT, AND I CANNOT PLACE OR ENTER ANYHOUSE PUBLIC OR PRIVATE. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON, THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT A NEW ACCOUNT OR TRIAL ACCOUNT IVE PAID MY SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Did you reactivate your subscription by paying for game time or just started to play? Must buy game time for account to be subbed again... free play is EJ with limitations now

Make sure you subscribed on the right account, if your account is EJ then it's unpaid. Unless something has gone really wrong, it should take 120 days of not paying before it goes to EJ.
