EC problems

ok im run just fine on foot but when i mount up/flying i take five steps then stop one second then it lets me go another 5-7 steps ... repeats....
but when im foot i run just fine what can i do to fix this please

check your connection speed to the client if my reads over 100 i see this

dumb question how do i do this

on the page where you select shard hover over the connection part for that shard and it should show a number basicly green is good yellow not so good red bad

its green but it says 94 must mean its on my end as far as internet goes then huh?

99 is max for green so you are borderline with connect so you will experience some lag but it should not be real bad you could run a trace route to the uo servers
