easy guide to migration

1. make new email that u want to use for it

2. register the email on the migration page and add a new passcode/password for the EA site.... a new password!!!

3. u now have a EA account master ACCOUNT WHICH IS YOUR EMAIL PLUS NEW PASSWORD U JUST MADE

4. add any UO account u have in the ''link box'' but add _uo at the end of the account name
so if your account name is abcde..then enter abcde_uo
5. enter your password for that account
6. press link
7.press confirm
8.u have account linked 1 account to the new master email u made at the start..

9. add upto 9 accounts ..remeber to add _uo at end of your account name everytime..

Yes it will link you, But then you have to re-enter your account data and just read the other threads, Double billed comes to mind.

GOOD LUCK I WAS CONFUSED FOR HOURS THEN IT CLICKED..ONLY HOPE IT HELPS YAS ALL

And yes u do have to re enter new billing info.. either new gametme code or new credit card

u may have been xbilled here...sucks but hopefully EA will add 30 days game time to all accounts for the big mess up

Thanks THP. This information is just what a friend needs as their isp email address associated with their UO account (they'd not updated prior to migration) was a dead & inaccessible email address hence negating the lost password approach. Thanks for pioneering and sharing.
