[Price Check] Easel With Canvas?

I picked up something called "Easel With Canvas" at an IDOC, and was wondering if it's rare. It looks like, and is labeled just like the one by Alberta Giacco in Vesper as part of the obsidian statue quest. It's not the rubble one (which is called "rubble"). I haven't seen one before, but not sure if you can buy from an NPC or something.

Any help is appreciated. Hope this isn't a dumb question!

Thanks for the response! I made an easel with my carpenter, and it was 24 stones. The one that I got at the IDOC is only 1 stone (which I didn't mention before). The easels look the same otherwise.

Does that make a difference?

Old furniture has 1 stone. Chairs, chests, tables, etc.
