early house decay

I have been refreshing my accounts every 4 months to keep my houses from dropping while I'm away. I refreshed them 3 days early today to find out that they had already begin to decay. As many of you know I have been gone almost a year now and have gotten this save the house at the last minute thing down to a science. They shouldn't have started to decay until the third. Just thought id post this to let anyone else refreshing houses know.

4 months is cutting it a bit fine, the time scale is 90 days.

90 days from the deactivation date which means you have to activate every 4 months because the month you paid for is included.
