This is insane, ea rep cannot help, at all. In the FUTURE EA store reps will get some game codes to use but not for about a week.


The problem is we are only allowed ONE digital download so one game code.

Unless you use different emails, lol. Then you can get more than one game code.

I cannot get to Ter Mur on the account that got upgraded and cannot upgrade another account. Wonderful...

Tried gamecodes again and got the 14 day song. Is this worth it? lol

EA rep lady was very nice though.

I had the same problem. Ordered two updates from EA Store but only got 1 update code. Called the number Hintori listed in his post. Had to wait 20 minutes but the rep I got (his name was Sam) was most helpful. Put in the upgrade code I had and gave me another for 2nd account which he then put in for me. So..they can give you a code if you bought it but didn't receive it in the e-mail. Thanks EA for this customer rep that knew what to do.:thumbup:

Lol Lady Vivian! I sure as hades did NOT get EA rep Sam or Sammette.

Glad you got code tho. My rep was able to cancel the promo code I did get in the email. Lovely. I pointed out how these free promo codes just might get out of hand.

I have just given up. No way I will call them back. Better for me to cancel the UO account. I do not stress well is all. Not anymore.

I'm going to give them the 48 hrs they said they needed to resolve this and then I will recontact them if nothing heard.

I am fortunate I have one account upgraded to start playing with. But I am a little frustrated that the EA Store did not live up to its billing as the best method to buy more than one upgrade code.

Can't purchase from uogamecodes, as for some unknown reason it tells me the address details I enter do not match my billing info (which is absolute rubbish), and the EA store doesn't seem to like Australians.
