EA pogo charges.

So i renewed UO today..np
Tryed the uogamecode store and its totaly screwed up.
So i had to use EA site..hate that place..

Now on my CC its shows pogo charging me 5 times $1.02 for 1 purchase.
Im tired of them doing this, takes for ever for cc company to do anything and EA is to ****ing lazy to stop this crap..

I sent in a complain to EA its self but it got shuffled halfway around the world and to the moon..

Has anyone else had this problem? and did they not say they were going to drop pogo for transactions long ago?

I don't ever recall them saying they were going to drop pogo charges. But those charges usually go away after a while and should only be "pending" charges just to make sure there is money in the account.

Should also mention anytime I renew my UO account through EA I see the exact same charges. Also see those exact same charges disappear a couple days or so later. You're not the first to bring this up and will not be the last. Same thing occurs in other games too (the prodding charges to make sure there is money in the account).

Never heard mention of them saying that they are dropping pogo, then again I have never had them charge me for anything other than what I was purchasing.

I think some of the gas stations do similar, charge you way more than what you got, then give it back later (usually in an hr or 2)

That's OK the other day I took my car to a car wash that you wash it your self. I swiped my card ( they have new machines that you can swipe your card and start washing) and it said 3 mins - 4 dollars 4- 5 dollars 6 - 6 dollars. I run it for about 5 1/2 mins. It charged me a "probing" pending charge for 25 dollars... At least ea doesn't do this

Boy your car was filthy then to cost you 25$ hehe Yes I put some accounts on my cc the other day and got the 1.00 charge extra per account it takes a week or 2 to clear up but its still a pain in the tush.

True to it being a pain.
And as to pogo drop, when i contacted a service person at EA , online chat last year since i had same problem.
I was told yes they know of the problem and that they were looking at finding another company to do there billing accounts,since they had so many complaints against pogo double and triple billing.

But they could not at the time because they had signed a contract with Pogo for undisclosed amount of time...

This was like easy a year ago....
Other wise i use the uogamecode store,since there not such jerks, when there service is working..

And man hope she was hot looking cleaning your car for $25.... haha..
