I can't find any information on these, I don't know what they are, can someone help ?

I have 8 of them (pride, despise, covetous, shame, destard, hythloth, deceit and wrong)

Beside being SB, are they, on their Shard, usable by anyone, or has one to be active in VvV to be able to install them in a House?
