Has there been any discussion on a cross shard battle arena? It could be set up like a test center shard but smaller, like the new arena system.

Have a small server shard created single town area with a gate on every shard where people can cross shard duel without having to use a transfer token to get to a fight . A simple gate on each shard that takes you to the new shard arena , you bring your own gear not buffed out max gear like test .

Agreed upon rules like fight pit and access to bank outside of arena, when you’re done you hit gate and return to own shard with your own stuff, no looting etc. I would like to see it set up with a challenge system where if someone says Ill duel you for 50 mil it goes into the pot and winner takes all.

all they have to do is open up the arena test server where u had to char copy to use it

Actually nope not for me I do not duel, you see I hate playing a mage and that seems to be the "duel" template. I just see quite a few people always looking for a duel and on some shards there hard to come by. I was thinking this would be a great way for crossshard people to have a shot at each other without any cost to jump shards. I understand you making the mistake of thinking this was something for my own personal gain. I forget sometimes that it is rare to think of something that benifits others in game, I ask for things and implementations I would like to see to make the UO community stronger and hopefully build the player base. It was just a thought and I posted it... Have a great UO day

Well a way to cross shard duel would be cool.

I hear some people wanting to duel, but in most of theses cases they want to duel for unbeleivable amounts of gold.

What would be nice is an in game score board. That should stop people saying "you didnt kill me".
