Well the new sets are out and you can see them Here. This is an Orc Male with the new Dreadnaught set.
The set totals are:

Strength: 141
Stamina: 298
Dodge Chance: +5%
Defence: +93
Chance To Hit: +2%
Shield Block Value: +92
Chance To Block With Shield: +6%
2 Parts: Revenge Damage +75
4 Parts: Chance to hit with Taunt and Challenging Shout +5%
6 Parts: Chance to hit with Sunder Armor, Heroic Strike, Revenge, and Shield Slam +5%
8 Parts: At 20% health for the next 5 seconds healing spells do up to 160 more healing
Very nice.....too bad most people will not get any of these unless they are in a hardcore raid guild and play 12+ hours every day.
Mabe after the expansion comes out a casual player could get a PUG of bored level 70s together and get one of these.
