NO! You absolutely cannot! I've sold pets to faction players when I was non-factions and I had to release the pet first and have the buyer re-tame it. Naturally I received payment first before releasing pet

Well you can transfer pet via New Magincia, bazaar stall. Faction owner just has to get a stall. Transfer pet from stable to stall. Then non faction toon buys from stall at agreed price. I guess owner needs to be upgraded to get stall. Or know someone who is upgraded.

Not entirely sure to be honest. You can't transfer from non faction to faction, but I've never tried the other way around.
Maybe someone could test that with a lesser pet? horse? rabbit?

Ok Sir Morder and Baby doll are correct - the way to transfer is through the New Magencia Commodity Vendors.

Actually, if the person is faction who is trading the pet, they can trade it to someone who is NOT faction. The only time this doesn't work is when a NON-faction tries to trade a pet to a faction member. I had this occur when I bought a Bane Dragon off of Sir Morder. I had to have him release it and I had to tame it as I was faction and he was NOT. However, if I was faction selling him the pet, it would let me do it with no issues. The thing here is that you can't trade to someone in faction, as the game denies it as you can't help faction people out. However a faction is free to trade his pets to non-faction people without any trouble.

Sorry DrAJ, you would have been the winner, but the seller decided he could not part with this animal for that amount.

I believe he would for 50 million. Setting the starting bid at 30 mil was my fault and I apologize for getting your hopes up.
