My Dread bonded yesterday so I decided today to start training it. I Got him out of the stable, gave him a snack and off we went to Spirituality. I rounded up the usual training aids, dryads and/or Pixies the all important satyr, ran back to my comfy little nook, hopped off the horse yelled "All Kill".. nothing... yelled "All Kill" again, still nothing...at this point I realized I was the one sparkling and not my horse. I thought maybe it was not attacking because I was discorded. I waited awhile said "All Kill" again. The next thing I see is, "Boy Toy appears to have decided that it is better off without a master". Needless to say I hit the taming macro, hopped back on him and went.. Hmmm? So for future knowledge, was it because I was discrorded? Is there a problem with the Dreads? I am 120 tame/lore/vet any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

In answer to your question...if you were discorded yeppers he probably
went wild on you.

discorded giving you lower taming, then spamming a command which each time aggrivated your pet lowering its mood (which you couldnt see), leading to it going wild.

Question is, if he went that wild that fast on you by doing this, which I am figuring did not take you long, are these going to go wild that fast in combat if their master dies & is all jewelled up?? Could be interesting to these ringed up tamer playing now.

hehe, snake much like when, the one you gave me wouldn't listen at minoc stables,I think thedreads need hearing aids, they don't like taking orders.

Yup likewise - I've been away from taming for too long, decided to try for a really annoying Greater Dragon I've been attempting to tame - must be a real wide-boy, takes up all 5 slots. Mebbe my skills aren't quite there - I have 106 taming and 110 lore and GM vet but I anger the bugger every time = insta death.

Hum, I'm at 113 real tame and 120 real lore. I have not tried to train my Dread yet. Should I wait till I get to 120 real tame? I don't like to ring up. Too many things can get FUBAR if I lose my rings.

Millie, If you do take it out, make sure you lore it after ever 3 or 4 comands, make sure it stays wonderfully happy and take alot of meat with ya. Mine went wild again, and I know I was not discorded then. I had just fed it.. maybe mine is allergic to meat.. haha Good luck.
