No, its just the equivalent of a non exceptional instrument, with replenish charges (which replenish very slowly, like 1 every 5 minutes I think?). Makes the sound of wraiths/shades.
its just pixil crack.
its nice to have in your pack in case your in doom or something and you run out of drums, but as it will die if you dont let it recharge its not REAL usefell.
and like mentioned above, you dont get any Exceptional bonus or anything from it, so meh.
