Draconi was so quick to help, and it is well appreciated, but i have to ask, any chance we could get something like this in fel?

Why would you think reds could not use spellweaving? No skill is murder sensitive so yes reds can use spellweaving, they even have their own version of the quest so they don't have to go to ilsh. The only thing they cant do is get the summon fey summons, but then they could get the summon fiend summons to make up for it if I am not mistaken.

Yea now as you say that, I remember there was a dungeon for reds to solve one or two Ilshenar Spellweaving quests. I just forgot that after being inactive for years.

WBB on Felucca doesn't really qualify as a community gathering spot...

If you have to place an Arcane Circle on Felucca in a place that is a community gathering spot for murderers, Yew gate or the Depsise champ spawn area would be a much better choice

Actually, the point is to have a higher powered one in community areas, versus the personal ones you can have.

Fine - but the Arcane Circle looks really out of place there. It fits in the bank redecoration on Catskills where it was originally intended to be, but that won't necessarily be the case on all shards. Please take care of integrating it properly in the redecorations on other shards, moving it out of the way if it spoils the overall effect.

Otherwise, I'm going to have to assume IC that our Elven Overlord Casca has gone on a campaign to put marks of his Elven Heritage all over our beloved Britannian cities with disregard for human city decoration traditions
