Drachenfels needs repairs - recalls not possible, no login now

1. Recalls suddenly stopped working. Nothing happened.
2. Gate Travel: Same. No gate appears.
3. Public Moongate: results in a freezing state
4. Closing the client, restarting... cannot login to Drachenfels, this screen is on and can't get to character selection:

Atlantic seems fine atm. Please repair Drachenfels.

I am able to login to Drachenfels at this moment...I did hang on connecting a bit but not a game breaker.

And it happens AGAIN.

1st account can't recall, 2nd account is frozen after using a public moongate.

This is a game breaker!

This has been happening on other shards too. It seems to only happen once a day and fixes itself within roughly 15 minutes.

The other, non-frozen character, still cannot recall. Well, character can recall, but only with a freshly marked rune 3 tiles away. So maybe recalls work on the same subserver, but not on other subservers. My play time is limited, I can't have this. Repairs! Now!

It happened again today. This time my character froze when recalling.
