Drachenfels apple/spell trigger bug

Needs to be fixed asap. From what ive heard drachs is the only server with this problem and its time to fix it.

The bug is that at random places you get a 120,000 timer on apples and spell trigger, or all abilities with a cooldown.

This apparently only happens on drachenfels. Ive tried to post it in the dev thread but it just get deleted.
