Down for Maintenance

8:00 am eastern and can't log on. Wonder how long today's maintenance will last? Was anyone on when it shut down?

Hubby was fixing my connection issues until 11:30 - 12:00 last night. That lovely little warning was flashed that it will go down until 2:30 a.m. (pacific). I woke up at 6:30 with the notice that it will be down until 3:30 (6:30 et). Now... 7:30 et... My clock says it's 8:05.

My whole morning is ruined :( Coffee is just not right without TT!

The site has changed yet again... 5:30 pacific

Originally it was down until 2:30AM.. Then 3:30AM.. Then 4:30AM.. Now 5:30AM.. and in a moment I'm sure it'll say 6:30AM.. All times Pacific time of course.

My guess is that they hit a snag doing the update and they're scratching their heads like monkeys doing a math problem trying to figure it out. But you know those perfect Toontown folk, they never do anything wrong (not that they admit to anyway).

Hmmmm. It says it's an update. I wonder if they are putting in that new speedchat plus. I don't think it would have to go to test first since it is already used in other Disney games.

Correct me if I'm wrong... 5:30 pdt is 8:30 et right? Why does my clock say 8:38?!?!

If I have to start my day with no tt... it may be a bad day indeed!

  • Fixed crash bug which occurs when a player who has not finished downloading all of Toontown clicks on another Toon to bring up the Toon Panel.
  • Fixed crash that happens when a player with the Limited True Friends setting enters a True Friend code without the "TT" prefix.
  • Players playing with the ActiveX client (login via website and not the Launcher) will now be correctly asked for their password when trying to delete a Toon.
Possibly that, although it is kind of quick to go from test to open for seemingly minor issues (except the delete-a-toon).

Could be preparation for Halloween. Maybe they know the McWolfs are coming and are trying to be ready for it. :D

Some are able to get on now and it was Halloween decorations but nothing else as far as they can tell. It seems as though Vista UK users are getting on easily. I have Vista but can't get on yet.

Chip n' Dales (the Rescue Rangers) and the Putt Putt Golf areas are untouched, as is Goofy's Speedway.
