There is a small group of dbl exceptional collectors. Value depends on two things- 1st the item itself (is there a lot of them to be had) and 2nd the item tag. The tags affect the value a fair bit. for example
A keyring of exceptional quality, exceptional
is worth a lot less than
A keyring of exceptional quality, [exceptional].
If u can grab a screenie i try and pc it for you

Those are items a collector like myself would gladly plop a few million down for.

Items with the [exceptional] tags such as these i would easily pay 1.5mill gp to about 2.5 / 3 mills. If it had been the other tags i wouldnt have gone higher than 250k ish for. Thats on Europa pries anyhow
