Don't forget your Mythic Master Account name because....

I couldn't remember my uo account password so I figured I would log into my mythic master account to reset it.

But, I couldn't remember my account name. I could reset the password but could not log in.

I called customer service and was told they couldn't do anything unless I knew my mythic master account name.

I can't even cancel my subscription unless they know my Mythic Master Account Name.

Your "Mythic Master Account" is your game account name followed by "_uo" if it is an Ultima Online account. (There are probably other abbreviations to use for DAoC or WHO accounts but I don't know what they are.)

This is what happens when I use my email:

"Account name must start with an alpha and only contain alpha numeric characters."

I was able to reset my password however.

well - so now i have the following problem:

seems i misstyped or forgot the password of one of my uo-accounts that is already linkted to an ea-account - now there is an option for a password recovery for an ea-account but NONE for a game account - if you want to change the game account password you need to know the old one :-(

Just reactivated that account, means i payed for it, and now cant use it - sucks

Or in the confusion when making the account you have used one of the acct names . That is if the acct with your main character is on " mrsmith" acct then typein the account name you already have the password

Mythic master IS NOT the email address as said already it is your UO account name (that you log in with) with _uo added to the end.
