... you delete and re-create a new Siege character?

I know on regular servers since the house is linked to your account if character A placed and then was deleted the house remains for other characters.

But here since you only have one slot does the house stay if you wanted to delete and start over a new character?

I'm sure this was asked before but search brought up too many listings to sort out an answer.

No you can do this. if you have a house ande delete old char and make a new one, the new one is the house owner.
Same thing with Soulstones too.

Stables, and bank box are tied to the char, but the house is bound to the account. As mentioned, your soulstones will be usable by the new char, just make sure you store them in the house!

Jump on Test Center and test it out, if it will make you feel more comfortable. (Create a char on Test, place a house, then delete the char on Test and make a new one). Test Center has a separate housing server and will not affect your "real" stuff.

Make sure your character is naked as well, and dont be riding anything.
