[Spellweaving] Does Spellweaving have an associated skill ?

As far as I have been able to find, there is no associated ("amplifier") skill for Spellweaving. I know it costs mana to use, but none of its powers seem to be affected by presence or absence of other powers in the template. Perhaps Chivalry is the only other major power like this, but then Chivalry is sort of an amplification power anyway, not a primary power.

In case I'm not clear, here are some major powers and their amplifiers:

** Eval Int, Inscription

* Swords, Fencing, Mace, Archery
** Tactics, Anatomy

* Bushido
** Parry

* Necromancy
** Spirit Speak

* Ninjitsu
** Hiding, Stealth

* Healing
** Anatomy

* Blacksmith
** Mining, Arms Lore

* Tailoring, Tinkering, Bowcraft
** Arms Lore

* Carpentry
** Blacksmith, Tinkering, Magery, Music, Arms Lore

* Peacemaking, Provoking, Discordance
** Music


* Spellweaving, Cooking, Begging, Herding
** ? nothing ?

No, there is no "amplifying" skill for spellweaving. Its amplifier is the spell arcane circle.

Spellweavin is one of the few skills i still consider to be a skill, most are more like mini-classes. a pity they didnt take the same approach to mysticism

Without meditation, you may as well forget about spellweaving, but that's a side effect rather than a design choice.

I thought it was 5 people congregating at the British Bank for a Spell.

Not that I have ever been able to get that many, but so I have been told, that gets you a Level 6 Focus Item ...... Highest I have ever gotten is a Level 3, which again, I have been told is not much help.

How many points do you have in SS? I run the exact same template minus SS because I could never find a way to fit it in. I currently have 800 points spread across my skills. Just curious how you spread your points to fit in so much.
