Does re-feeding resets the week waiting time for bonding ?

I am not sure whether this may have changed.

After feeding a tamed pet, a week needs to go by before it bonds.

If one stables the pet and re-feeds it by accident after the very first feeding, does the week timer resets to the latest feeding ?

No. Feed it, one week, feed again. I have worked many pets unbonded during the week after first feeding, continued to feed them regulary as they fought and had no problem with them bonding at the end of a weeks time. I do it all the time with tougher pets like gdrags and banes.
