Does Defense chance stack with anatomy and Eval,

I been told it has NOT! I been told that defense chance is 100% based off your combat skill and when you have eval and anat there is not combat skill just a formula

DCI is always part of the calculation, and it multiplies the skill effect in the denominator of the equation. When defending unarmed, the skill effect is either Wrestling, or the average of your Eval and Anat, whichever is higher.

So, DCI does stack with Anat/Eval but Anat/Eval does not stack with Wrestling.
