Does anything require a skill to go with Tinkering?

I'm about to add Tinkering to one of my characters, and I want to avoid a big OOOPS, by realizing that I can't craft a certain tinkered item, without another skill on the same character. Like a recipe that requires Tinkering + another skill...

(I know you need carp to switch the parts for kegs, but that can be done with more than one character)

Since I'm on Siege, I can't just Soulstone my skills between characters.

So... is there any another skill that I need to have on my Tinker?
