Andra those are some great screenshots. I will forever be impressed by those who not only took those pics but continue to hold on to those wonderful memories after all these years. Thank you.
ChReuter as you know I am very interested in the thought of a persistent community. As a matter of fact it was in the works with Morgana LeFay and POV as they originally joined in an alliance with TWT to create such a thing. One such community that was built on a strong foundation of ideas put into motion that would allow for growth within that framework. An open playstyle where the players and guilds actions dictate what direction things are taken, not storylines written by a few or one. That alliance fell by the wayside due to unforseen issues, and with that door closing another opened with Hightimes (a trusted and former member of TWT when he first came to Sosaria long ago) and MPD as he was returning to Sosaria with the intent on rebuilding his guild, though now he has left these lands for others, so that was scrapped. Also in the alliance I speak of is The House of Wolfthistle, sadly inactive atm and The Town of Yew which is active but not as much as needed to support this community of guilds that was envisioned.
Ya know, i check up on the threads on UHall about classic shards etc, and the fact of the matter is even if they make one things will never be the same. Sorta like kissing that girl for the first time, ya can never relive it. Other side of the coin here is people are mistaken if they believe there is not a corner of Sosaria just itching to be carved out with much the same adventure and intrigue as what those days brought us. The heart pounding what is around the next corner excitement, its there I'm sure. People just have to be willing to accept that YES its going to be a bit different, but is something different really all that bad?
